My Bespoke RoomThis hallway was a bland white and empty box and now it's sophistication personified! The new herringbone flooring replaced the illogically placed carpet so now it's an easily cleanable surface for muddy boots and muddy paws from the owner's small dogs. The black-painted bannisters cleverly made the room feel bigger by disguising the staircase in the shadows. Not to mention the gorgeous wainscotting that gives the room a traditional feel that fits perfectly with the disguised shaker-style storage under the stairs.

It's truly amazing when you work with clients that let us transform their home from stunning to spectacular. More for Less RemodelingTraditional Kitchen remodel in Ladue we completed in 2017. We expanded the entrance to the galley kitchen almost 4 feet. This was a complete remodel except the slate floors, which our team protected throughout the remodel. The end result is absolutely stunning. Custom white cabinetry with marble countertops, custom bookcases, floor to ceiling pantry cabinets and Viking appliances are just a few of the upgrades in this kitchen.
McKinney York ArchitectsThis property came with a house which proved ill-matched to our clients’ needs but which nestled neatly amid beautiful live oaks. In choosing to commission a new home, they asked that it also tuck under the limbs of the oaks and maintain a subdued presence to the street. Extraordinary efforts such as cantilevered floors and even bridging over critical root zones allow the design to be truly fitted to the site and to co-exist with the trees, the grandest of which is the focal point of the entry courtyard.
Of equal importance to the trees and view was to provide, conversely, for walls to display 35 paintings and numerous books. From form to smallest detail, the house is quiet and subtle.
