ODS ArchitectureOpen living and dining room gives an unobstructed view to the rear yard through large French doors. A continuous wall of built-in cabinets provides tons of storage with the stone wall and fireplace demarcating the two spaces. The ceiling heights have been raised two feet to ten feet overall creating a generous volume. The whole house is radiant heated using a Warmboard sub-floor product.

Cummings Architecture + InteriorsOriginally planned as a family room addition with a separate pool cabana, we transformed this Newbury, MA project into a seamlessly integrated indoor/outdoor space perfect for enjoying both daily life and year-round entertaining. An open plan accommodates relaxed room-to-room flow while allowing each space to serve its specific function beautifully. The addition of a bar/card room provides a perfect transition space from the main house while generous and architecturally diverse windows along both sides of the addition provide lots of natural light and create a spacious atmosphere.

Mussman Design AssociatesAFTER. The Mrs. bought a big screen t.v. for for her husband for Xmas. Having no where to put the t.v., he built a make shift table and put a blanket on it. Problem solved, right? Not so much. They contacted Stan and Andrea Mussman with Mussman Design to design and install new family room cabinetry, fireplace, paint, crown, drapery, paint and accessories. Whereas before the family had no space for the children's toys, now there is ample space to tuck the toys away. London Bay HomesThe Giulia is a maintenance-free Villa. The particular Giulia conveyed has a strong European influence in its architectural design. The Giulia features a Great Room floor plan with three bedrooms, three baths and a study or bonus room included in the 2,534 sq. ft. design. Overall, the home includes more than 4,000 sq. ft. of total area.
