The original layout of this bathroom underutilized the spacious floor plan and had an entryway out into the living room as well as a poorly placed entry between the toilet and the shower into the master suite. The new floor plan offered more privacy for the water closet and cozier area for the round tub. A more spacious shower was created by shrinking the floor plan - by bringing the wall of the former living room entry into the bathroom it created a deeper shower space and the additional depth behind the wall offered deep towel storage. A living plant wall thrives and enjoys the humidity each time the shower is used. An oak wood wall gives a natural ambiance for a relaxing, nature inspired bathroom experience.

La palette colori del bagno è molto baroccheggiante e sfrutta le ceramiche di Equipe Ceramicas per ottenere tante sfaccettature di rosa.
La rubinetteria, in finitura rose gold, impreziosisce l'ambiente.

This Campbell home underwent a full renovation and addition, expanding the kitchen footprint into the rear yard with a new high ceiling and striking glass wall for an indoor/outdoor feel. The style of the home is Japandi, with soft and warm minimalist design elements throughout.

Located in Central Oregon’s Black Butte Ranch, this house is a refined take on lodge-style architecture and was designed by JHL from the ground up. The heart of the home is a beautiful stone fireplace which reaches up to the wood-covered ceiling. Large windows look into the surrounding forest. The JHL team balanced the home’s soaring scale with cozier elements, like built-in window seats flanking the hearth, handmade rugs and warm lighting.

The Elegant Hancock Park Primary Bathroom Remodel blends modern luxury with timeless design. This bathroom features a freestanding soaking tub as the centerpiece, placed near large windows that allow for natural light to flood the space, creating a serene and spa-like atmosphere. The custom wood cabinetry provides ample storage while adding warmth to the room, and is complemented by sleek brass fixtures, including the stylish faucets and the rain shower system. The arched entry to the shower area adds a classic architectural element that enhances the elegance of the space.
Every detail of this bathroom was designed with both beauty and functionality in mind. The neutral color palette, soft lighting, and minimalist tile design create a calming environment, perfect for relaxation. The project was completed with high-quality, locally sourced materials, ensuring durability and a luxurious finish that reflects the sophisticated charm of Hancock Park. This remodel is a perfect combination of style and comfort, transforming the bathroom into a beautiful sanctuary.
