“We took the opportunity to renovate our 40 year-old flat when our HDB estate underwent its Home Improvement Programme (HIP). We were very fortunate to have Tom as our project manager as the entire process was essentially fuss-free. With his extensive project management experience, he helped ensure a seamless schedule with minimal disruptions to our neighbours and us. Demolition works were begun and completed just before our unit's HIP started, and the rest of the renovation (kitchen tiling, carpentry, plumbing, electrical works and full house painting) were done after our unit's HIP ended. The project was completed in good time with great satisfaction for all. During the planning stage, based on our requirements and budget, Tom was always able to offer his professional advice while keeping both aesthetics and practicality in mind.
