I am very interested in using several of your designs in an upcoming article I am writing, but I can't get a hold of you because your phone number is constantly busy. The tile person should be able to demo and replace the tile. Most should know how to do drywall sufficiently enough to clean up their own mess. Most wallpaper people also patch walls and paint. There will be other things that need to be done, but between those two people they can lead you in the right direction. Just make sure to get this information before you start with a clear understanding of what those two are willing to do, and have it all planned out ahead of time. They may, for instance, be willing to remove a toilet to wallpaper behind it, but then have a plumber put it back.

Following another user or professional on Houzz enables you to keep up to date with their latest projects or activity via the feed you see on the homepage and under 'Your Houzz' on our mobile apps. On desktop: The quickest way to follow someone is to hover your cursor over the name and click on the Follow button. If you're on the Find Pros page, click through to their profile. On mobile devices: Click on a user's name and go to their profile page. There you will see a Follow button. The 'Advice' part of Houzz provides a place in which homeowners and professionals can ask questions, discuss ideas, welcome feedback/input, and show off before and afters! You'll find Advice through the tab in the top right corner of Houzz on your desktop computer, or in the 'Latest' section of our mobile apps. Within Advice lives a few different sections: Design Dilemma - a place where you can post a question or dilemma Before & After - where you can show off a transformation! Polls - somewhere to ask a question that involves a choice, or multiple possible answers Using Houzz - questions relating to using the platform, guides, and FAQs Other - anything unrelated to homes, renovation or gardening Pro-to-Pro - only accessible to professionals, where you may discuss business, trends, and trade updates To post your own discussion, click on 'Advice', and you will land on a screen that looks like this: Add a title: Something that isn't too long, but concisely describes what your post is about Describe your dilemma, issue or project: Providing as much detail as you can will ensure other users are well placed to provide accurate answers Add a photo: In addition to your description, providing visuals of the space or project will prompt people to be more responsive - everyone loves to look into other people's work-in-progress! The green (they come in different colours, too, if you'd like to be psychedelic) adds a lively pop of colour to a blah space, and they're designed in easy-to-install tile-style units that have some built-in drainage for minimal maintenance. Absolut Outdoors and Green Turf can tell you more :) And I'd hang an outdoor art piece or a screen for air plants on that blank wall, too, to enliven your balcony.
