Comments (19)I think the color of the wall is quite nice. Speaking about accent on the wall I could recommend a large print on aluminum which does not require framing. You can explore more options in blue collection here http://alexeirebrov.com/collections/blue or in purple collection here http://alexeirebrov.com/collections/purple Purple works well with blue... Let me know if you interested in any of the prints. (there are framing options too)...See MoreTiny Flat
Comments (10)What do you think of a mirror for the backsplash on the kitchen? You cant see the pic here, but it faces a huge window on the other side of the room. I love the idea of grey/ dark cabinets, (with a wood coloured surface worktop) but might cost a small fortune to rework it. Will check on prices. The wallpaper idea is also really nice - much to mull through. so hard to decide! I'm thinking of replacing the dining table set with a booth + round table seating and maybe add a mirror behind it space. Not sure if i can fit a whole L booth into the dining space and still fit in a table, so might just settle for a booth on one side....See MoreHow to arrange my sofa in a 1000 square feet condo
Comments (5)Thanks a lot Lampert Dias architect, ainslie, and edithsmom for your precious comments. I was so happy and excited when I saw your comments being posted up... Really appreciate it so much. My chesterfield measures about 210cm by 89cm by 75cm...hence I am not sure if there is still space for an armchair. I love the aviator chair from restoration hardware but probably have to give it a miss as the arm chair's length is about 100 cm . Any advice on any armchair that can go with the chesterfield? Or not advisable to put any armchair since the space layout is quite small?...See MoreWorking on Master Bedroom & Lounge
Comments (3)No lah, it's important your hubby has his own relaxation area just like you'd have your lounge area. :) Sometimes we need to have our own spaces. Does your hubby not want the entertainment system to be in the living room? If you're worried about the sight of electronics marring your decor, your ID should be able to come up with clever spaces/tricks to store consoles and hide wires. Here's the arrangement in my home: our tv, soundbar, subwoofer and PS4 are in the living room. Having them in the living room comes in useful for guests if we all want to watch a movie, or if they sometimes want to have a go at the PS4 (I sometimes play too!). In our bedroom, we have a Wi-Fi speaker (that integrates with the sound system in the living room) and a PC with a huge desktop monitor for my hubby's PC games or general computer usage. But all the appliances are not an eyesore at all because they're sleek and my hubby is very neat when it comes to cable management. Anyway, think about your routine and imagine yourselves using the spaces you want to create to get a better idea of how to create them. :)...See MoreBailey R
