Flat roof slope

It looks like the slope on the garage is very low and you used a metal roof. Our builder said we can’t use a metal roof safely on our .25:12 roof and I don’t think he’s correct...what is the slope on this?

I’m the interior designer of this home. I do not know the slope. It was an architect-designed and custom-built home. The owner is very particular so I’m sure it passed all codes before and during construction.

Pictures would help. But the advantage of a tall sloping roof is that uplighters will allow the light to travel up along the slope and you might be able to hide lights in the upper beams as well?

Kitchen floors don't have slopes.. the are flat normally.... maybe the kitchen was originally an outside space or a bathroom and has been converted... nevertheless the worktop should be level and the baseboard scribed to match the slope of the floor leaving no gap

Sorry to say the designs are pretty poor. No disrespect. U right about the bath tub beside is not good. The beds and doors are positioned in “conflict”. Our climate and culture is different. No way a French architect can plan well for u. Perhaps the interior details (like color, texture, materials, etc) from the French architect is good.
