suggestions needed for broken U kitchen

Dear all,

Need some ideas on appliance layout for my broken U kitchen.
It’s in an inter terrace.
The shorter limb of the L faces a row of half height windows which looks into a laundry room.
Size of the kitchen is approx 5.6m x 3.5m

I need some ideas on where to place

  • fridge
  • full height pull out pantry
  • full height cabinet with oven and microwave
  • sink
  • induction hob

I was thinking of the following options:

Option 1:

  • fridge - E
  • full height pantry - A
  • oven+microwave - B
  • sink - I
  • hob - D
    Pros
  • kitchen triangle is efficient
    Cons
  • walkway cuts through the triangle
  • fridge blocks light entering the dining area (fridge is about 80 cm deep

Option 2:

  • fridge - A
  • Oven+microwave - B
  • sink - I
  • hob - D
  • pantry - E (row of cabinets EFG to be made shallower, 450mm depth)
    Pros
  • fridge is further in so blocks less light
  • walkway does not cut through the kitchen triangle
    Cons
  • fridge is very far from the sink

Option 3:

  • fridge - C
  • oven+microwave - B
  • pantry - A
  • sink - I
  • hob - F

Pros

  • triangle is preserved
  • fridge blocks less light
  • EFG row is half height top and bottom cabinets so allows more light in
    Cons
  • walkway cuts through triangle
  • hob being along the broken limb of the U looks odd

What do you all think?
Thanks in advance.
