This project consisted of the gut renovation of the interiors with a third floor added to the existing single family residence. New front and rear elevations were also provided with the front of the building consisting of another addition which provided space for the living room, master bedroom and home office on the third floor under a new mansard roof broken by lead coated copper dormers brining an additional layer of light to this room.

The clients were intricately involved in the design process and the interior palette and fittings were selected by client Lauren Kelly.
