A young couple and their growing family sought to return to the historic Beverly Neighborhood, and found a beautiful Prairie Style home from 1912 to renovate into their new home.

Respecting the existing home we also sought to create a modern home fitted with traditional detailing that was both modern in line but at times also historic in its homage to the history of the home.

Working with the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency we did both and also secured tax concessions for our Clients due to their renovation of the historic home.
