TG-StudioThis staircase, designed by Thomas Griem, not only connects the lower and upper floors of this penthouse but cleverly provides library and storage along the way. Constructed entirely out of Oak and sturdy in appearance, the library offers a reading niche on its lower level and supports a minimal white & clear glass staircase that bridges to the upper level of the apartment hewn out of the roof space of the grade one listed St Pancras Hotel.

Cathy Schwabe ArchitectureRestored historic living room now used as a library. Windows on right are original. Windows on left were salvaged from the deconstructed part of the house and newly placed in this wall for improved daylighting. Wall was orginally an interior wall, now an exterior wall through which new courtyard is visible.

Schulte Design BuildOur clients wanted to update their living room with custom built-in cabinets and add a unique look with the metal fireplace and metal shelving. The results are stunning.

Not only did the designers strive for a clean design throughout the gallery, but also continued the theme through to the adjoining wine cellar and tasting room, office area and full bath. The home office is enclosed by bright yellow shelving and custom desk space by Neff, as well as a “secret” door that doubles as another surface on which to hang art.
