Margaux InteriorsThe very high ceilings of this living room create a focal point as you enter the long foyer. The fabric on the curtains, a semi transparent linen, permits the natural light to seep through the entire space. A Floridian environment was created by using soft aqua blues throughout. The furniture is Christopher Guy modern sofas and the glass tables adding an airy feel. The silver and crystal leaf motif chandeliers finish the composition. Our Aim was to bring the outside landscape of beautiful tropical greens and orchids indoors.

This model home located in Sarasota, Florida features Integrity IMPACT (IZ3) Hurricane Casement, Awning, and Outswing French doors. The idea with this home was to view architecture as art and with this in mind have every room in the house have a view of the home itself. It was really a spectacular collaboration.
VictorEric Design+BuildThe Asian inspired hot tub spa area features a decorative bamboo wall and has glass doors that fold open to bring guests closer to the outside environment.
ZERO9The living room revolves around the botanical painting which influences the choice of furnishings of the furniture around. The all white flooring symbolises the snow and the copper chinnar leaves scattered on the floor bring in the flavour of the fall season. The vertical fins on pivot add an element of privacy to the dinning area as well as create an interesting and playful element in living space.
JAMIE DURIE DESIGNEnveloped by the dramatic Hollywood Hills, this private mid-century residence required the ultimate outdoor room. The design concept was to link exotic plantings with spaces for entertaining, working, bathing, and even sleeping - urning the home 'inside-out'.
