“Todate it has been a 10 month journey with ID Tricia since we 1st met up in Yang's Inspiration Design Office in Sept 2024. We decided to sign up with Tricia as we felt her pleasantness and her knowledge of work, in addition to the fact that Yang's is a Casetrust company. Tricia took time and patience in listening to our ideas, walked us through the design concept, made interesting and useful proposals without forcing them upon us. We adopted some of her interesting proposals. She would make changes willingly in accordance to our wishes. During the whole renovation period we did not have to worry as Tricia was fully involved in the whole process, including liaising directly with installer of airconditoners and blinds, and even arranged for the deliveries of various equipments as needed. She was responsive to messages even on weekends. When the work by the contractor did not meet up to her standard she ensured that it was re-done to her satisfaction, as such we were totally chilled when the completion of the bifold wooden door was delayed. As we settled into our new home we would like to say : "Thank you Tricia for a stress free journey."”

“Unlike all the nightmare experiences many have had with their IDs, working with Ernest on my BTO was nothing short of a dream. Right from the very first meeting, he was professional and patient, working together with us and incorporating our requests while providing his professional expertise on the practicality and aesthetic of certain designs. The whole renovation process was structured and transparent, with a clear timeline of the entire renovation process right from the beginning. Throughout the renovation process, he was the main point of contact and maintained good oversight of all the moving parts within the project. He also provided daily updates of images of the site progress and was very responsive and accommodating to any queries or concerns we had along the way. His years of experience and attention to detail truly shone through when he took the initiative to inform us and make professional judgements to make minor tweaks to the initial design, adapting to the on-site circumstances. We were also impressed with his well organized Google Drive which consolidated all the house-related information, so we knew where to go whenever we wanted to find out more. Working with Ernest was an absolute pleasure and we are very grateful for how he went the extra mile to make our vision of an ideal home come to life.
