Remodel & Addition. We designed a new floorplan to expand the master suite, allow for a wider entryway, and update the flow of the whole home. The fireplace was relocated to create an open concept family room and make room for a luxurious kitchen island and a custom mudroom/foyer. Our design scope included all new doors & windows, including interior barn doors, a new electrical plan, hand-selected finishes, tiles, paint, fixtures, plumbing, and hardware. A fun splash of wallpaper was added to the hallway built-ins. We brought modern farmhouse updates to the exterior including a redesigned porch, paint, lighting, address numbers, and planter box. Beautiful engineered hardwood floors throughout. Custom master closet, and a gorgeous laundry you’d love spending time in. Perfect for this growing family that needed an upgrade before they welcomed their second child.
