This home needed A LOT of work, but had so much original charm that we wanted to preserve. With a few updates to the floor plan, we were able to create an open and spacious feel throughout; including the addition of 3 bathrooms and an expanded Accessory Dwelling Unit which can serve as an office, cabana, or additional bedroom. We selected all materials, lighting, paints, hardware, and fixtures. What really stands out are beautiful hardwoods, classic archways for style and to open up the main spaces, and dynamic pops of color seen in the gorgeous tiles in the kitchen and all bathrooms. We especially loved using Café Appliances which glam up the kitchen and look oh so chic!
