Remodel. Our clients raised their children in this home and decided to finally give it the makeover it deserves. We’re so grateful to be a part of this transformation so they can begin a brand new chapter in this home. All interior spaces have been completely updated and modernized. First, we needed to reconfigure the floorpan to open up the kitchen, maximize storage space, and improve the flow of the bedrooms. All windows and interior doors were replaces. We updated the electrical plan to bring in more light and upgraded all the recessed lighting and light fixtures. With the addition of a partition wall, we helped denote a formal living room space and elevate the foyer. Brand new wood floors throughout the home, plus all new tile, cabinetry, plumbing, hardware, mirrors, paint, countertops, closets, and appliances. Remodels are such a special way to hang onto the old memories of your home without any of the disfunction, deterioration, or cramped spaces that are typical in older homes. Our clients are so happy to be back in the same home they’ve shared with their family for over 30 years.
