Full Remodel. This house was a complete flip from top to bottom. Every inch was designed to our client’s specifications and lifestyle. We designed floor plan, exterior detail including back porch and pergola, all doors & windows, and reflected ceiling plan (electrical). Hand-selected all finishes, fixtures, plumbing, and hardware. Plank siding with flagstone, black metal roof accents, and a mix of classic traditional light fixtures and a gorgeous framed entryway. Hardwood floors throughout with a patterned inlay in the foyer. Classic molding throughout the home brings in a regal feel. Custom built-ins and marble surround fireplaces in both the master, guest bedrooms. Unique and personal touches in every room including a shelf for a TV in the master bath, and a little girl’s dream bedroom featuring custom closets and tons of storage. Custom kitchen with top of the line appliance package. Bifold doors open up the backyard with built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area.
