New construction. We designed everything from floor plan to finishes. Our clients wanted to modernize a traditional-style home with more contemporary textures and colors. We love the tall ceilings in the grand entryway, the black brick built in shelves, a variety of wood and shiplap “farmhouse” touches, plus fun tile and brass finishes. This entertainer’s home is ideal for a big family with an open kitchen, butler’s pantry, mudroom, wet bar, upstairs laundry, master suite and balcony, pool, and cabana house. The master bathroom design in this home was nominated for an International Design and Architecture Award in 2018.
