Remodel. We completely transformed the main spaces of this family home. First, it was important to open up some of the walls that divided the family room from the kitchen. With some floor plan reconfiguration, we doubled the kitchen space, updated the powder room, added storage, and gave the stairs and fireplace a facelift. A few windows were replaced/added to help modernize and bring in additional natural light. We’re so grateful that our client wasn’t afraid to use some color. All the tile choices are truly unique to their family personality and add a pop of fun while still looking sleek and sophisticated. Gorgeous hardware and modern appliances like a smart fridge bring this home into the 21st century where it belongs. For a growing family, this home is super cute, functional, and inviting.
