Our Client loved the Fitzroy design and loved it even more with her colour scheme. #fitzroydesign

Our client in Hampstead Garden Suburb, north London, commissioned us to design a garden which creates spaces for entertaining, combined with plenty of space for play. The design and materials used for the garden complement the architecture of the house, situated in a beautiful conservation area, whilst also meeting the needs of a modern family. The planting scheme is designed to be pretty, whilst also including evergreen structure to create interest throughout the year.

The roofing to the patio area is a multi-core poly-carbonate that allows for natural light to pass through while being diffused and UV free. The roof structure has heading and led lighting integrated so the outdoor area can be used year round. The translucent roofing allows for daylight to pass through into the rear living room. Terrazo tiles were used to be sympathetic to the period of the house.

The sunroom connects to the outdoor entertaining with a curtain style mesh screen to allow for vision and breeze without insects. The roof over is motorised so can be used as a sun shade or full roof being waterproof when closed. It provides the best of all types of roofing year round.
Pam Morris - Spectral Modes
