From the internal courtyard the façade architecture is a practical placement of timber windows and shutters. The small scale elements, such as the shutter blades, the fish scale balustrade and the small window panes are intentionally placed to provide a fine texture of materials and patterns to break up the large scale and give a feeling of security.

This project was a complete back-to-brick renovation of a client’s townhouse in Chelsea. We reimagined the layout by relocating the kitchen from the lower ground floor to the ground floor, bringing more natural light into the heart of the home. A new conservatory extension and the removal of multiple small rooms transformed the property into a beautifully open and airy space. The timeless design allows the client to blend cherished inherited pieces with contemporary elements, creating a home that feels both elegant and inviting.

Beautiful outdoor space created adjoining the new rear extension. The outdoor dining table and outdoor lounge is in constant use, great for everyday family living and when entertaining a crowd.

Rear extension which we designed with a glass encased staircase that leads to a brand new basement.
Amazing indoor outdoor living from glass doors that fully open to sitting room and open plan kitchen. Lime green armchairs and brown sofas blend seamlessly with the outdoor colour scheme.
