Town and Country Gardens
This is a larger roof terrace designed by Templeman Harrsion. The design is a mix of planted beds, decked informal and formal seating areas and a lounging area.
OLSON LEWIS + Architects
OL + expanded this North Shore waterfront bungalow to include a new library, two sleeping porches, a third floor billiard and game room, and added a conservatory. The design is influenced by the Arts and Crafts style of the existing house. A two-story gatehouse with similar architectural details, was designed to include a garage and second floor loft-style living quarters. The late landscape architect, Dale Wagner, developed the site to create picturesque views throughout the property as well as from every room.

A concrete wall in eggplant-colored stucco with built-in seating creates an outdoor room for entertaining poolside.
Gardner/Fox Associates, Inc
The local fieldstone blend covering the facade, the roof pitch, roofing materials, and architectural details of the new pool structure matches that of the main house. The rough hewn trusses in the hearth room mimic the structural components of the family room in the main house.
Sliding barn doors at the front & back of the poorhouse allow the structure to be fully opened or closed.
To provide access for cords of firewood to be delivered directly to the pool house, a cart path was cut through the woods from the driveway around the back of the house.
