4,022 Coastal Garden Design Photos

We collaborated with Southey Properties to help them realise their dream holiday home. This project involved a thorough renovation of a previously damp and neglected bungalow. We reimagined the interior layout to enhance the flow of space, seamlessly connecting the entrance hall to the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas. The new balcony offers stunning views of the lighthouse, while the newly installed roof lights fill the once dim bungalow with natural light. Incorporating Southey Property’s existing furniture, we crafted spaces that harmonised beautifully with the new kitchen and bathroom. These areas infused vibrant colours while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.

This outdoor space was once a pile of builders rubble. The owner of the property engaged Pepo Botanic Design to create an area that opens up from the apartment and gives additional living and dining spaces. By doing this her lifestyle has been enhanced and the value of the property has increased substantially. The design complements the existing building and the beach location. Idéalement implanté, le auvent permet lors des heures chaudes de la journée, d'être abrité lorsque que l'on souhaite manger en famille. Le soir, à l'heure du repas, les rayons du soleil s'engouffre sous le auvent pour illuminer et mettre en valeur la couleur bleue pigeon de la charpente bois. Une fois le soleil couché, son éclairage vous permettra de poursuivre votre soirée en famille ou entre amis sans soucis.
